Cooking has always been at the heart of our family. From childhood, I (Madam KOKO) found joy in the kitchen, learning traditional Nigerian recipes and turning them into something special. Years later, I owned a restaurant in Nigeria before moving to the United States, where I continued sharing my food with friends and family.

Their reactions were always the same — “You need your own restaurant!” What began as casual meals soon became catering for events, and the demand kept growing. That passion and encouragement inspired the creation of Kokomma Nigerian African Cuisine — a place where authentic flavors, family tradition, and community come together in every dish.
